Festival premium ale beer kits bring to you some excellent beer homebrew kits that we feel are excellent examples of what the UK has to offer. Festival produce these beer kits using only the highest quality liquid malt & genuine brewers yeast.
Each Festival premium ale homebrew kit make up to 40 pints
Pilgrims Hope Bitter: Pilgrims Hope Best Bitter premium ale kit with Summit and Target Hops. They produce complex flavours reminiscent of pine needles and tropical fruit. 5.0% ABV.
Father Hooks Bitter: Festival Kit made with Apollo Hops and Bramling Cross. Father Hooks is a classic robust bitter with a significant malty body and a beautiful orange marmalade-like character. 4.6% ABV.
Landlords Finest Bitter: Landlords Finest is produced with Admiral Hops and Celeia to create a classic pale ale with malty biscuit tones. It has a subtle fruit character and a very pleasing taste. 4.3% ABV.
Old Suffolk Strong Ale: Old Suffolk Strong Ale uses Boadicea Hops, giving a tremendous woody character and well-balanced sweetness with hints of vanilla flavour. 6.0% ABV.
Golden Stag Ale: Festival Kit with its Columbus and Cascade Hops, each one is bursting with a lively citrus hop aroma and taste. A refreshing dryness balances the aroma. 4.5% ABV.
Pride of London Porter: Bursting with Pride London Porter with Target Hops has a perfect hop bitterness balanced with the smooth character of roasted barley and chocolate. 5.2% ABV.
Razorback India Pale Ale: Made with Centennial, Simcoe and Summit Hops, Razorback bursts with significant hop character, which is rounded off with a dry bitter finish. 5.7% ABV.
Summer Glory: A light copper ale with a creamy 'off-white' head. Made with Crystal and Cascade hops to give a wonderful, vibrant floral note with citrussy overtones and a bitter finish. 5.0% ABV.
After the success of the Festival Premium Beer Making Kits which showcased the great UK beers, Festival went on to brew beer from around the world. They have used only the highest quality malt extracts, brewers yeasts and sugars and the different techniques which the relevant countries use to develop the unique taste of that particular beer.
Festival World Premium Beer Kits to taste are
American IPA Gluten Free: Centennial, Citra & Motueka hops make up this American Style IPA which boasts a subtle sweetness yet moderate bitterness. 5.6% ABV.
Belgian Dubbel: This robust, dark, warming Belgian-style ale has a rich, almost chocolatey fruitcake taste with dark spicy autumn fruits. 7.2% ABV.
German Weiss: This beer is deliciously smooth with a full-bodied bubble gum flavour and a delicate, lingering, clove-like aftertaste. It pours as a dark straw colour with a white head. 4.8% ABV.
New Zealand Pilsner: This is vibrant gold in colour and has fresh aromas of fruit from the Pacific Jade & Pacific Gem hops. 5.0% ABV.
US Stream Beer: Hasherbal notes from the northern brewer hops, dark copper. 5.0% ABV.
Belgian Pale Ale: Pale yellow with a blend of cloves & bananas to showcase this Belgian beer. 5.5% ABV.
Vienna Red Lager: A copper-coloured lager with a sweet herby aroma from the combination of Brewers Gold and Hallertau hops. 5.0% ABV.

Equipment Needed :You will require basic brewing equipment to make a beer kit
Here is a simple starter kit to allow you to make the beer if you have not already got brewing equipment
Below is a list of the essential equipment needed to make a beer kit
Fermenting Bin 25 ltrs + - To ferment the beer in
Pressure Barrel or Pet Bottles, two packs enough for 5 gallons of beer - To Store and condition the beer ready for drinking
Syphon Equipment - To aid in moving the beer from the fermenter to the barrel or bottles
Hydrometer - Used To Measure the gravity of the beer when it starts and finishes
LCD Thermometer - Sticks on the fermenting bin to help you get the right brewing temperature 16oC - 24oC is best for beer
Steriliser: Not equipment, but keeping all equipment clean and sterilised when used is essential.
Water: Beer is made from 95% water. Tap water will be fine; filtering is better to remove the chlorine will help give you the best result.
