ORDERS

Under UK Law, sold items remain the property of Brew Mart until they are paid for in full.

When confirmation of an order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We  are able to refuse to fulfil your order if we suspect any offence has or may take place by fulfilling the order. 

We indicate acceptance of your order when we dispatch your goods. At this point the contract is accepted by us.

If your order cannot be fulfilled

We try to keep our stock information on our website up to date. However, there may be times, through circumstances outside our control, that items become unavailable. If this occurs, we will notify you by phone or email with an expected delivery date or an offer of a suitable alternative.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

The prices on our website are in £ (pounds) sterling and include VAT where applicable.  

If, in the unlikely event, we make a mistake in our pricing, or we are no longer able to supply a product for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible.  We reserve the right to refuse any order in part or in full, should you choose not to accept the correct price or an alternative item.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

We thoroughly check all items before despatch and endeavour to ensure that your order is perfect before it reaches you. In the unlikely event that something has gone wrong, or you've changed your mind we're here to help.

Damaged goods

In the event of an item being damaged in transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods, giving precise details of the damage. Failure to do so may mean your claim is not upheld as we only have 24 hours after delivery to claim from the carrier. There is an excess of £50 on the couriers damage insurance.

Missing items

If you find any of the items of your order missing, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can correct our mistake. 

Returning unwanted items

If you decide that you placed your order in error, you wish to cancel your order, or you have changed your mind you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Any items ordered may be returned to us at your expense within 10 days from the date that you contacted us. 

Please note: We are only able to refund the cost of the goods and any postage you initially paid. If you return only part of the order, we will only refund the cost of the goods returned.

We recommend that you use a tracked secure service for any returns as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage during any return transit.

Custom made/personalised items

We are unable to offer refunds on any item that has been made to order or personalised unless it is faulty. This is in accordance with UK law and your statutory rights are not affected.
