Demijohns

Demijohns are synonymous with home brewing. They are large glass or plastic containers which range in size from one to five gallons with a narrow neck allowing you to brew your beer wine or cider. The narrow neck is just right for holding a bung and airlock during fermentation. This allows gasses to escape while preventing contaminants to enter.
