- Tie the tea loosely in a muslin bag.
- Pour the boiling water over it and let it steep, leaving it in the liquid until it cools to lukewarm.
- Remove the bag and add the chopped raisins (or 560 ml of white grape concentrate), wheat, sugar, and citric acid to the liquid.
- Include a Camden tablet.
- Dissolve one teaspoon of granulated yeast in the liquid and stir it in.
- Leave it to ferment in a tightly covered fermenting bucket for 21 days, stirring frequently,
- Strain into the fermenting bottle, topping up to the bottom of the neck, and fit an airlock.
- Once fermentation has ceased, siphon off into clean bottles.
