Brewing Quantities:
Cider Beer Wine 20-25lb of apples makes 1 gallon
10kg of apples makes 4.5 litres
2 oz of hops + 1 pack of yeast makes 5 gallons of beer
50g of hops + 1 pack of yeast makes 20 litres of beer
2.5lb of grapes make one bottle
1kg of grapes makes one bottle
Each bottle of wine has approximately 600 grapes in it (give or take 20%)
