Recipe - Lavender Fizz
Ingredients
- 3-Parts Icon Liqueurs Violet Gin Flavouring
- 1-Part Soda Water
- 1 Egg White
- Ice
- Lavender Sprig
- Lemon Wedge
Directions
- Pour 3-Parts Icon Liqueurs Violet Gin Flavouring, previously mixed with your neutral distilled spirits and Egg White into a shaker
- Shake until foamy
- Add ice and shake until chilled
- Add 1-Part Soda Water to your preferred pre-chilled drinking vessel
- Strain the cocktail mixture over the Soda Water
- Garnish with a Lavender Sprig and Lemon Wedge
