Flower wines

April is the month for starting to make some of the delightful light but wonderfully perfumed flower wines that are possible, but it should be noted that some wildflowers, for example, cowslip, are becoming scarce and perhaps should not be picked in quantity. many are protected by law, and must not be uprooted. But flowers which are plenty full make delightful wines.
